I've started reduction-0.1. This is a clean slate. I'll be migrating classes from reduction as I get them cleaned up. Please note that the package currently known as reduction would be reduction-0.0 in standard DANSE numbering. I apologize for any inconvenience; DANSE numbering was dictated well after the fact.

reduction-0.1 reflects a major restructuring of the code. Almost everything that once lived under packages/ins/reduction/datasets is now in packages/stdVector-0.2. I plan to migrate classes living under packages/ins/reduction/dets to packages/ins/instrument. AS you maight guess, the distinction between packages/ and packages/ins is somewhat flimsy. I expect ins to flatten out when all of this shows up on the DANSE cvs.

Mike McKerns pointed out that reduction-0.1 was not following the official DANSE numbering scheme, so what was called reduction is now called reduction-0.0, and reduction-0.1 is now called reduction.--Tim 09:07, 25 May 2005 (PDT)
